Jeffrey Phelps is available for editorial photography assignments after spending more than two decades at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. Jeffrey has won awards in World Press Photo, Pictures of the Year, Baseball Hall of Fame, Football Hall of Fame, society of Newspaper design and other national and regional competitions. He lives with his wife, Terri, on a farmstead that dates back to the 1840's in Saukville, Wis. |
